Jim Rodio is a former federal prosecutor who, during his 30 years of practice, has tried numerous cases to verdict in federal and state courts. Jim previously worked as a Trial Attorney with the Criminal Section, Tax Division, U.S. Department of Justice, prosecuting criminal tax violations. His practice primarily involves the defense of individuals and entities in federal criminal fraud investigations and prosecutions. He also handles cases in the local Virginia state courts. His office is conveniently located two blocks from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and one block from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Virginia where he worked as a federal prosecutor.
